Delsoft
Limited (RC325749) was founded in 1997. A joint stock
company from conception, Delsoft's primary focus is
to meet the multivariate IT needs of public and private
organizations. Delsoft has an authorized and fully
paid share capital of Seven Million Naira. Delsoft
is a Corporate Member of the Computer Association of Nigeria (COAN), now the Nigerian Computer Society
(NCS), and the Institute of Software Practitioners
of Nigeria (ISPON) sub-section. We hope to seek a
listing of Delsoft Limited shares in a Stock Exchange
in the near future.
We
served on the Organizing Committee for NISE 2003,
the annual local software exhibition organized by
NCS, which held between 3rd and 5th of April, and
also exhibited at the CTO Exhibition from May 6
– 10, 2003, and recently at ASEA Conference
November 23 - 26, 2004, Nairobi, Kenya.
