The principals of Delsoft Limited are Nigerians and foreigners, with technology backgrounds and experiences in working in the United States and Nigeria. For the purpose of this project, the following are some of our consultants relevant for this project.

Eric Amagada, MD/Chief Executive Officer
A systems Analyst and Internet Strategist, Mr. Amagada is a graduate of the University of Ife, now Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, with a B.Sc. in Economics (1987). He is a US trained and Registered (Representative) Stockbroker (1990), Associate Member of the Nigerian Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACIS), member of Nigeria Internet Group(NIG).

A conference speaker, Eric Amagada has presented different seminar papers e.g., "Outsourcing Information Technology Needs", a seminar organized by Africa Development Consultancy Group Limited, Lagos; "Personal Banking: A Strategic Marketing Tool" at the Annual Conference of Community Banks organized by the National Board of Community Banks, Nov. 6, 1995, Enugu, and presented a paper on Internet Portals at the first All Stakeholders Conference on eGovernment, March 7-9, 2004, Congress Hall, Nicon Hilton, Abuja. He has attented several local and international Business/Trade Conferences on IT and Capital Market.

He is the founding CEO of Delsoft and was until his appointment in 1997, the MD/CEO of Iroko Consultants and Co., registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as Investment Adviser (1997/1998). Mr Amagada is a Director in several companies, among them are Setlin.com (Internet Portal) as well as National eGovernment Strategies Limited (NeGSt) promoted by NITDA and the Fed. Min. of Sc. & Tech., as a Public Private Partnership initiative for implementing the Federal Government's (e-government) policy.

Oladipupo Odeyemi, Consultant
Mr. Oladipupo Odeyemi. He graduated with a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife in 1994 and obtained an MBA in General Management from the same University in the year 2000. He started his banking career with MBC International Bank in 1997 by understudying all the various aspects of banking business for two years and automating the business processes. His understanding of banking business has enabled him to integrate Information Technology with Leadbank's business strategy by automating its back office operations and providing electronic business delivery tools to support new and existing products.

Odeyemi (with project team) has strong analytical and programming skills using VB6/VB.NET, ASP, HTML, Jscript, Vbscript.

He has ability to create documentation including specs, operating manuals and help files. He has knowledge of XML and Lotus Notes.

Awotoye Fiyinfolu, Consultant
Graduated B.Tech in Math and Computer Science, Jan. 2004 and Oracle9i Database Administrator Certified Associate, Dec. 2003

Mike McKee,
Consultant - USA
Mike McKee, a U.S citizen, studied Sociology in the University of Colorado at Denver, Colorado beween 1981 and 1984.

He has 15 years experience in the electronic funds transfer, bankcard, and software industries; overseeing both domestic and international accounts. He possesses demonstrated expertise in accounts management, project management, and implementation.

Mr. McKee has worked with Visa USA/PLUS Systems, Inc., Eaglewood, Colorado (1986-1999) as a Client Manager/Account Executive where he was responsible for the implementation, management and troubleshooting of Visa Check Card, PLUS ATM, and POS (Point-of-Sale) programs for several of the largest financial institutions in the United States and Canada, including Citibank/Citishare, Bank of America, Chase Manhattan Bank, Royal Bank of Canada, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, MasterCard/CIRRUS, and (eFunds) Deluxe Data Systems, Inc. As a Client Manager/Account Executive, he conducted onsite member trainings and successfully managed numerous projects involving the conversion of financial institutions from one processing facility to another and from one system platform to another; staying within budget and time guidelines. He further worked as a Merchant Services Representative and Data Center Operator (in same organization) trouble-shooting terminals, setting up new clients and supervising data center operations.

He also worked with ARKSYS/EURO WORLDWIDE, Little Rock, Arkansas (2000-2001) as the Account Executive/Implementation Manager where he was reporting directly to the Senior President. He focused on Retail Delivery System needs for 53 financial institutions within the United States. His duties here included relationship management (identifying needs, proposing solutions, overseeing implementations); sale of professional services, software and system hardware; implementation and maintenance of management reports, which outlined implementations status, sales activities and prospective opportunities.



Diala Anaele Iroh, Consultant on Visual Art and Design
Mr. Iroh is a PhD. candidate, New Media Approaches, Dublin Institute of Technology, Dublin, Ireland. He holds a B.A. (Hons) Fine and Applied Art from University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

He has attended several training Programmes, seminars, exhibitions and workshops both within and outside the country.
